During the Pixel Project Competition, a design competition at our school, our team was assigned to IBM. IBM's project was focused on re-designing their hiring process to avoid bias and put a focus on their IBM values.
I focused on the applicant's side, where I tried to find ways of incorporating IBM's values into their application process, as well as assuring applicants that any data that can cause bias was hidden for the first rounds of the application process.
I am not done writing out the process, but below are the final wireframes that we presented. Our group won best project in IBM's category.
